Stopped in to grab a treat. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The ambiance is clean and cute. I got the red velvet birthday cupcake. I enjoyed it the cake taste fresh and didn't have the store taste that I don't like. The frosting is creamchwese and love the sprinkles on it.

I had a good experience here in the past. However, my most recent visit was drastically different. Upon arrival, none of the workers greeted me and I was not even thanked for the order I placed. I ignored the poor customer service and gave them the benefit of the doubt as I trusted that the cake would be as I remembered it. After my purchase I presented it to my guest, and she was at a loss of words and shocked by the lackluster display. As I glanced over the cake I easily resonated with her reaction. It was clear that no effort was given to the presentation and considering the price I paid this should not have been the case. In fact, I would have been better off purchasing a cake from a local grocery store as they would have done a better job for less than half the price. Aside from presentation the cake was very hard. When we went to cut a slice, the knife did not go in smoothly and the taste was below average. As a customer I value consistency and quality. It is very clear this company does not. Pictured is a cake I purchased during my initial visit followed by my most recent one.

Pretty mid cupcakes. The cookie was really good but honestly not worth the 16$ I spent.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful people. Hearts of gold. So kind and helpful. Every Susie cakes location has absolutely delicious cookies, cakes, and cupcakes. But I keep going back to this location for the fabulous staff. Keep up the amazing work!

We used SusieCakes for our wedding back in October and they knocked it out of the park! We were happy that we could get their wedding sampler kit and try the different flavor. We ended up going with a naked vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and the cake was gone by the end of the night! Hours say they are open til 7pm. That's a lie. Here I am calling at 6:30pm to try and resolve a mistake they made and I cant get through to anyone. Literally the voicemail says: "Our hours are 10am to 7pm daily...if you're getting this message you have reached us after hours." Okay but it's not 7pm yet. Don't rely on them.

Picked up a cake here, very clean, and sales/bakers are very friendly and sweet and informative. I got Lemon, but tried the Chocolate as well. Check the serving size, and adhere to it. I love cake, but I was out buttered and out sugared. The Lemon has a very gentle lemon curd that isn't tart, if that is your liking. I have not tried a deep fried stick of butter, but I imagine the affect is the same. It is very rich and sweet, and the texture is pleasantly rustic. The Chocolate is much the same, but with a strong chocolate flavor. Think 60% dark chocolate, but more 'milky' because of the buttercream.
