I hate to be that guy. The food here wasn't very good and I can see why people commonly say it's empty. I feel like I wasted my money and could have gotten similar quality from a grocery store. The miso was bland and tasteless. The gyoza tasted like it came out of a package. I heard a microwave ding (because they're was nothing for ambiance in there at all) right before I got my Unagi, which was on a hot air balloon of rice. The sushi was packed with enough rice in each roll I got for two rolls. I get that it's all you can eat but there's a point where all you can really taste is rice. It got to that point and beyond. Which was super bland, and just not good. The place was just sad, I didn't order more than one round of their all you can eat sushi. This was my first time there and I was never told to check out at the front. There was mention of there being potential extra charges for leftover rice and I left a lot because they give you so much with each roll. So I figured they needed to come to the table. The woman who worked there seemed annoyed I didn't know to come to the front. This place needs Gordon Ramsay, badly.
Love Sushi Yah. Great menu, great prices... The staff is the best
Love this place! Always great service & food.
There doesn't exist worst sushi anywhere! Each piece is 90% stale rice and some overly sugary sauce. Stay away!!
The food is great and the prices are amazing. We usually order takeout. The restaurant is dated (the building/strip mall), but the employees are always very nice. Our favorite rolls are the Hurricane, Crystal Crunch, Spicy Crunch and the Vegas Rolls. They have a great deal, if you order 2 rolls you get a third free. This is good alternative to fast food! Kid-friendliness: My pickiest kid will eat here.
Excellent food with very reasonable prices.
They've got a vegetable sushi section with 6 or 7 options. If you're not fond of the taste of seaweed they'll wrap your sushi in soy paper which is practically flavorless. I got some of each; the seaweed wraps didn't have a strong flavor so they were great! Overall, it was very tasty and I'll order from there again.
Worst sushi I've had in a long time. I came to eat nigiri and what I got were these mountains of rice with a piece of fish. If I wanted a roll I would have gotten a roll. Must be doing it to just get people full. I don't pride myself on and certainly don't think of myself as a sushi snob, but I've had better sushi in third world countries and even Chinese buffets where you think they would give you more rice. I'm sorry but pitiful job. I really wanted y'all to be good. Las Vegas and SoCal AYCE places must have gotten me spoiled. 1 star. Guess I needed to lower my expectations. Left the place admittedly without tipping and not because I was being cheap I just wanted to accurately pay for the amount of rice I was given. First and last time here.
I have never had sushi this bad. We ordered 10 rolls. All of them had old stale rice. We ended up tossing all of it. SUSHI NAH!
