SUSHI HEEYA

I have been eating sushi here for essentially my entire adult life, and I have never received less than polite and respectful service. I have always come away full, and in a good mood. The original owner gave me a set of chopsticks, along with several others, that I eat with there. They sit on the shelf awaiting my return as I travel, and I always return. I recommend the cherry blossom, the o-toro, the tuna hand-roll, and the uni. The steamed Gygoza are also great.

There’s just something special about this place. (: I love the cozy, beautiful, and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. I just feel so at home at Sushi Heeya! Their staff is always incredibly kind, helpful and professional, and they always add special touches to meals, and to me, it just makes them stand out above all the other restaurants that serve similar cuisine. (: Everything that I’ve ordered has been perfectly prepared and has been so delicious! I typically get a pot of tea (the tea pots are soooo cute), and some sushi! The sushi is always displayed and prepared beautifully and comes out on rustic wooden trays. (: This place is just perfect for a date night with your love or to gather with loved-ones for a good meal! I love it here! If I could give 1,000 stars, believe me, I would! ☺️

The sushi is fantastic! The service has improved greatly!

This was our third time coming here. Unfortunately today is our last time eating here. We arrived at 6:45 p.m. and although the waitress was nice, the food took extremely long. Over an hour for a place that was not half full. We saw other tables that arrived later than we did, get served and leave way sooner than us! Even after patiently waiting, there were two items missing from our order. After asking for the two missing items, they said that it would be an additional waiting time (no expedite given the circumstances)! Again, the place was NOT full and many people came and left sooner than us!

Non helpful, couldn't even get the order right. Truly sad, but avoidable and you'll miss nothing

Best sushi around! Our favorite waitress is Lydia! Incredibly good and fresh food and accommodating staff.
