Very disappointed by the food here. We were told our food was taking a minute because it needed to be microwaved. We ordered sashimi and the center was hard and frozen. I really wanted to like this place and read great reviews. I understand as a small business owner that getting fresh fish is not simple but at least thaw the fish before serving. The owner was there and didn’t bother to address the issue directly to us. I felt she should have come to our table to directly apologize for the frozen fish. By no means was I expecting a fancy meal but for $100 I was expecting sushi that was of quality and not store bought materials. I hope they improve their business model and perfect their food before serving it out
It was an pretty good experience since there was actually sashimi sushi instead of just California rolls and it was nice to see for the first time that a sushi restaurant owner in Shreveport knew how to speak at least a little Japanese.
This sushi place is understaffed I guess. Twenty minutes pickup time turns into one hour twenty minutes and counting. The food tastes good, however the service was hard to tolerate and left me sour. Unfortunately will have to avoid this place for the sake of time.

Pretty unprofessional. Should have one person answering phones and one person running the front. I was asked "what order are you again?" from 4 different people. Also we waited 40 minutes for a very small portion of fried rice and two small sushi rolls (portions seem small).
Very nice place. Edamame was hot, gyoza was nice a steamy, and the sushi was tasty and quite large.
