Had an absolutely wonderful time with my wife. Tasty drinks, incredible food, great atmosphere, and our server was amazing! Jacque was attentive, funny, sweet, and took really good care of us. She made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit, and we can't wait to be back now! This is exactly what service is. Jacque is an all star, through and through.

Surf Portsmouth exceeded my expectations. The sushi, margarita, and miso salmon were all delicious, and I'm eager to return for more. The waitress provided excellent service, and the beautiful waterfront view added to the overall delightful experience.
