I was happy with my first order - cupboard food - so I've just ordered some more stuff. My first order was well packed and the food is good quality. I'm looking forward to receiving my current order (dark chocolate and a couple of treats.... which I really need)! Prices are also competitive, especially the Montezuma's chocolate.

Terrible customer service. My order didn't arrive due to the courier. Trying to get a refund has taken almost two months. They ignored emails and didn't answer the phone. I asked to raise a complaint - they just ignored my email. Will never use again.

I have just used this company to my some products shaws piccalilli excellent product. And they sent it straight away the products was packed fantastic so we had no damages .
