Chic bistro with a focus on wines. They have a great atmosphere for groups to hang out or for a cute date night. It's casual; counter-service and you take a number to your table where the server will bring out food. Food: They had a beef stew one night, and it was the best beef stew I've ever had. Charcuterie and other food options have always been stellar. On Thursdays they have $15 flight of 4 wines. Parking: Limited free parking spots, but free street parking just down the street. Watch out for tow signs and park accordingly
Service was good but slow. The food was good but not 'I can't wait to have this again' exceptional and the prices were on the high side for Gainesville. The outside venue looked like it would be wonderful in nice weather, but since it was cold we weren't able to enjoy it.
Recently visited with my sons and enjoyed good wine, excellent cheeses and memorable empanadas (handpies). Great place to spend time with good company. Update. Went again to Superette, this time inviting a friend for a glass of wine. As always, the staff was super attentive and very eager to educate us on best wine selection in our budget. The ambience was excellent as well. We are lucky to have Superette in town!
Best brunch in Gainesville. Table side French Press is a lost art, nice to see it make a comeback here. Food doesn’t miss either.
The food is great. The atmosphere is so cozy and warm. The service is fantastic!
We came from Jax before a show at Heartwood Soundstage, and it would have been worth the drive just for the food. Outstanding, and pretty awesome happy hour drink deals. And the outdoor courtyard seating is huge and beautifully decorated. We will certainly be back.
