Super Torino's Pizza & Wings

It's a mediocre pizza place. It's been around for a while, so the interior could use renovation. The pizza itself seems to use the same basic ingredients as everyone else who runs a pizza store. Basic tomato sauce and basic mozzarella. Nothing to brag about. What nets you 3 stars is charging customers $1.25 after a $2.00 tip just to drizzle some barbecue sauce on two slices of pizza. That one got me as a consumer. Good place to stop by if you're hungry for a quick slice of pizza, but there's also a Tim Hortons right there that doesn't charge you for sugar and cream on the side...

Very poor customer service. Unhappy with my experience today as my pizza was made incorrectly with pepperoni when we don’t eat pork. I called and was told to come back in ten minutes and my “correct” pizza would be ready. Already annoyed since I’ve already driven there to pick up my incorrect pizza, I brought the wrong pizza back and the woman was wondering why I was back. They gave me someone else’s order to “rectify” the issue. I asked for a refund for my XL pizza for the time wasted and the people working just stared blankly at me and said no. Very disappointing the entire situation. Better customer service and I wouldn’t have had an issue. We loved ordering from here but will find a new pizza joint.

A great place to get some pizza or wings in Stoney Creek. Fast service and friendly, well priced. Good value. The cheese is the best part of the pizza.

This is by far the best pizza and Wings My family and I have been going there for over 15 yrs . The prices are great. Always kind and friendly

pizzas are amazing and affordable, nice staff. Parking: Parking can get busy and difficult - trucks will park and students will walk around the parking lot cluelessly

**Update** after seeing reply form owner. The only extra charge should have been cheese on the garlic bread, as for blue cheese you only get it if you ask otherwise they send ranch dressing, never have they said there is an extra charge and the container is too small so if they are charging for it they are ripping people off, also I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A TIP. The girl gave herself a tip. This is not the first time over charging. I thought because of delivery so I started doing pick up. Again make sure you check your receipt.** Make sure you check your receipt. I was over charged by $6.53, yes I asked for cheese on garlic bread but that should not cost $6.53. The owner said they charged for blue cheese , doesn't that come with the veggies? They also said I gave a tip and I said no the girl gave herself a tip. This is not the first time this has happened with them so be careful they can't be trusted
