10/10 for chicken and value. $16.50 gets you half a chicken (two quarters) + 2 sides!!! I got spinach potatoes (6/10) and thick steak fries. The seasoning they put on the chicken is some sort of green sauce and is very juicy. Hole in the wall for chicken

EL MEJOR POLLO PERUANO!! THE BEST PERUVIAN CHICKEN IN THE DMV!!! If you love peruvian food this is the place for you! Get their combo meal. Especially if you love meat so you can try different options. It's filling and hearty. Their yucca fries are also spectacular!!! Been here dozens of times and can't wait to be back. Their horchata is great also. And their alfajores. Come have some delicious peruvian food My one feedback is it's gotten really expensive over the years so maybe they could increase their portion sizes to reflect that? Vegetarian options: Salads available and rice and vegetable options Dietary restrictions: Menu is self explained for gluten and such Parking: There's a parking lot in the back Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly and some outdoor seating ! Wheelchair accessibility: Super ample for the wheelchair ♿️ :)

The guy handling the chicken today literally wiped his nose with wet mucus in front me as I walked in, took the napkin wiped it all over his hands and gloves and wiped the counter with it, then looked at me and said can I help you? I was just looking at him waiting for him to change his gloves or wash his hands, nope he was ready to cut chicken and take my order! I walked out! WTH, DISGUSTING and AWFUL service, they act like we're not paying customers and like they're doing us a favor. I'm reporting him to the VA health department, as he's clearly doing that to so many people's food, either deliberately or no health and food service training. Whatever the reason they should not be able to operate like that. This was today, Friday, Feb 16, 2024 around 7:05pm EST, so the manager knows who was handling the chicken. Reporting to health department as well to audit them. That is awful!

Huge portions! Good seasoning on the chicken. Have to get the green sauce and even the potatoes have good texture.
