Bit pricey overall nice staff and good trampoline Park
A fun day out for the kids. Kids loved it. Kind&helpful lady who served us. My daughter dropped her bouncy ball and couldn’t get it as it was stuck the kind staff member took a £1 out of the till so she could get a new one. Food was good.
No safety briefing for children. Not the cleanest place. Staff were nice enough, and the kids enjoyed themselves, but it didn't have the same level of professionalism as other similar places. Not going to rush back.
Went here for our grandsons birthday party. Reasonably priced food and drinks, friendly and professional staff.
They need to make sure the staff allow all age groups to use the fasiilities not just the teenagers who try to rule the surrounding fasilities like it's there own youth club, rather than dealing with the teenagers that cause the issue they drag the younger ones away rather than sort the matter out which is out of order.They don't even deserve a star!!
I had one of the worst experiences in supajump, and til this day I have been very upset with the service which I received from the other end of management. It was absolutely awful, I went to buy tickets from online, wasn't sure if it was properly booked. I went over to the counter and realised I accidentally paid twice. Instead of getting a refund or the full 2 hours, she told me I only get 25 minutes and an hour because I came late, which unfortunately was because of the massive queue, and was told to wait when I came early. I wasn't allowed to step forward, so I waited. Not only was I not able get a refund, the manager raised her voice, she asked me for the booking number, and with no apparent reason started screaming in front my family members, including my niece. This was apparently because she was annoyed that I was scrolling through my phone to find the booking, she had a go at my brother because he was looking around. I was horrified, as she kept showing her attitude and yelling at us like we were animals. I felt very disrespected, and could not believe that this was actually customer service. It was one of most traumatic moments, I have ever witnessed, no one should ever be treated that way. I am disappointed in the company, as this is supposed to be aimed for kids and families.
