Ordered on Uber Eats and this order was subpar, rushed, cold, inaccurate, inedible. The store was clearly unable to accommodate the order for both a large red peas soup and a large chicken soup. Both soups were cold, contained beef, and contained undercooked potatoes and undercooked carrots. Both soups were watery and tasted of vinegar. Coleslaw tasted like it was made with dishwashing water. Chicken entrees had clumpy, salty stew chicken gravy - should have been thinned out somewhat. I’m a little bit shocked at how disappointing this order was. Looking forward to speaking with someone who has the power to rectify our poor experience with Sunrise. The 5/5 is STRICTLY for our delivery driver.

I place on oder on Saturday and don't receive the correct order. Have been calling days now and no one picked up the phone . I would never place and order here again.

What the heck happened to this place? Went there to find it cold, uninviting, and desolate; used to be busy, vibrant, full of delicious smells. The food was cold, tasteless, and the salted cod tasted different...like it may actually be Makayabu fish. What on earth? Sunrise used to have really good tasting food. Was shocked to see what it has become.

The porridge was cold. That is it!!!!!

I went at 10:30pm on friday March 01st/2024 with my friend to buy food and the lady at the front had poor customer service, she wasn't nice with me , we both ordered fried chicken with white rice and all I asked is to put OXTAIL CRAVY of the white rice and she was giving the face of "you asking too much" and asked her about the steam viggie and she didn't answer me !!! Do you guys think this is right service with a customer who was hungry at night and chose this restaurant to eat from ? I will NEVER go there again until they change there attitude with customers because customer ALAWAYS right
