I wouldn’t recommend their mochi series drinks. I ordered the mochi matcha frostie with red bean, and when I drank it after a while, it had a slightly sour taste, almost like it had gone bad. Plus, the texture of the mochi was a bit odd and didn’t really go well with the milk tea. If you visit this place, I suggest sticking to their classic flavors and avoiding the mochi series.

I enjoy every selection available. The blend of teas, fruits and coffee selections are rich and delectable. There is a little of everything to offer. Try something new. And their frostiest are worth getting to cool off or enjoy a chill drink.

I got the Four Seasons Cheese drink! The Four Seasons tea was topped with a layer of freshly made sea-salt cheese foam, and the sea-salt cheese foam was a 10/10 🤩 It definitely is MUCH higher quality than a lot of places lolllll It was so light but so creamy and delicious!!! It was pretty consistent too! The first sip of the foam tasted just the same as the next couple of sips, which was great that it didn’t just automatically sink and mix in with my tea! 🤍 The tea itself was sweet (I got it at 100% sweetness, and it was just right!), and had some good floral tastes! I could taste the caffeine and it was slightly stronger than other fruity teas that I’ve had, but it wasn’t too bitter! I was pretty satisfied with this drink!!! My friends also got the Mango Chamoy Frosties and the Brown Sugar Boba Milk! One thing I gotta say is that the Mango Chamoy Frostie has a really good mango texture! It was soooo smooth, and it was definitely super high quality!!! It wasn’t super sweet though, but it had a 10/10 smoothness 😎 The Chamoy was a bit heavy and strong for us though, but it was still a good drink!

Always quick to get my order done, though on busy days, they have an occasional tendency to run out of boba. Doesn't happen too often, fortunately.

Not a tea fan so tried a Lemon Yakult. Soooooo good!! I would definitely recommend it. The cups are so nice. You order at an iPad and then wait for your order. Don’t forget your straws because we got home with 4 drinks and realized we have no straws 🙃

Drinks are good taste but I found 2 pieces of these plastics in my drink! We’ve already left and cannot go back to ask for a new one. Very disappointing.

Organic coffee beans , organic milk , organic strawberries & honey as a sweetener option? Nobody tops the QUALITY of sunright which accurately reflects in the flavor of their teas. This location is clean too.

The staff are so friendly here. The mango frostie is the best.

When we were taking our order, the front desk stopped us and called someone from the kitchen. This person had a very poor attitude and said to us:"This is the last time we'll take your order. If you order this much next time, we will directly cancel your order." Can you please check if your app informs us not to order this much? Does your app mention the need for a one-day advance reservation? Who needs to pre-book for bubble tea? Moreover, we have ordered many times before without any issues, why suddenly stop us today? Is this discrimination? Why are you warning customer in a threatening tone? Whether your ingredients are sufficient is an internal issue for you to address, what does it have to do with customers? Do customers need to consider whether your ingredients are sufficient before buying bubble tea? Is this something customers should be concerned about?
