Stayed in Topaz room for 3 days and 2 nights. Rooms are good, spacious. In the morning, you got to see sunrise from your bed if you remove curtains. The bedsheet was torn at 1 place. Bathroom is open air for that feel of adventure. Staff is keen to please you and provide good service in room. Tower AC is a big pain. Need remote controlled ACs. Need your own vehicle or Buggy to move around. Food in the hill top restaurant is not good. All the Paneer sabzis taste same. Bengali fish had nothing Bengali except for the name.

This was really worst experience for our family , Useless people are depot for services , Specially Mr. Deapak & Ms. Prachi , Noteworthy details: Do not suggest any one else for this , 100 times better magic mountain and Imagica , Pls don't make fools to people

Food & drinks: Good food, large variety of food options in both veg and non veg. Taste is amazing. Best place to visit with family.

Visit date-6th April, overall very bad experience for Adventure activities, there are very less activities, hardly 10/12, but they advertise 100+, then their staff is also rude. Can't do any activity twice even though many of package activities are closed. Few are saying paid like rope cycling. Is this same budget Della, Lonavala offers 10 times better adventure activities with unlimited access. Food & drinks: food was good
