As soon as you start eating middle portion of dosa which contains aaloo masala, your dosa becomes dosa halwa (due to over filling of low quality starchy aaloo, dosa also becomes very soggy). The bland aaloo masala contains aaloo with its unpeeled skin (aaloo masala was not even properly cooked). Their coconut chutney contains garlic also (every customer doesn't like garlic, authentic coconut chutney doesn't require addition of garlic and also combination of garlic & coconut (in same thing) doesn't go well). When we ask for red chutney (onion tomato) the cashier cum manager replied that it's available till 2 pm only as we prepare it once only (how a food joint which opens / runs their South Indian Food Services till night can reply this). Their sambhar tastes like mashy arhar / toor daal only with 1-2 pieces of ghiya & kaddu (proper recipe was even not followed while preparing sambhar too). Moreover they served us half baked dosa (though we had asked for crispy) and they replied us that batter is fresh so dosa will be only like this (thick and half baked). The fact is that they were using refrigerated cold dosa batter, coconut chutneys.
