Sultan The Flaming Tandoor

Sultan means “king” and a tandoor is the clay oven that bakes Indian-Pakistani favorites, such as naan and kebabs. Sultan is Sherwood’s premier Indian-Pakistani restaurant, located in the Sherwood Plaza next to Mudpuddles. In operation since 2022, it is a family owned business offering dine-in, take-out, online ordering, and catering services. The menu includes a diverse selection of authentic and traditional dishes, with customization options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Sultan prides itself on using fresh, high-quality ingredients, prepared by experienced chefs, with meats that are certified halal. All sauces and chutneys are made in-house using fine spices and fresh herbs.
