I love everything about Sugar shack. From the staff to the delicious food. Very cozy place to hangout.

Made a call around 12:30 to ask 1 question about the menu and you would think I asked for their first-born. No point in listing the phone number if answering the phone upsets you. Opted to drive a little further and go to Oak and Reed.

Went for a ladies night dinner to try a new place and was so happy we did! Greated with a smile and great ambiance. The food was so amazing from appetizers to dessert! Highly highly recommend

One of our favorite places in Middletown. Open on Mondays which is a huge plus because that’s our only break day. The food is consistently great! Service is professional and discreet. We’re regulars here. Great fun!

Staff here showed such great hospitality. We traveled from CT in search of a restaurant to host my son’s birthday due to staying in a hotel nearby. Food was good and presentation was great. The restaurant itself was clean and well decorated (it was a vibe). The waiter played a birthday song over the speakers for my son and I felt he went above and beyond. I deff recommend this place if you in town. Glad we chose the sugar factory and thank you again for making my sons day special

This place was really nice! The atmosphere and vibe were very cozy and fun! Their menu is nice and they have some great options. We tried the steak and eggs and the French toast. The steak and eggs were decent but the French toast was so delicious. I also tried the strawberry lemonade and it was tasty. Definitely a spot to try out.

I have to say, this cook knows what he's doing. One of the hardest parts about living in Middletown is finding a nice restaurant. I can say for sure now that Sugar Shack is a worthy competitor for date nights, brunch gatherings, or just a casual lunch. I've come here at least four or five times, and the taste, presentation, quality, and service has reached beyond my expectations. Pretty surprising actually. Each time, I've tried something new and each time it's been great. Today I had salmon tacos and carrot cake. The salmon was juicy and tender with multiple layers of flavor from the cole slaw and sweet corn shells. I wasn't expecting too much from the carrot cake, but it was light, moist, and had an unexpected hit if citrus. This is a high quality establishment with a lovely ambience. Definitely recommended.
