Sue's Wings & Things

Just recieved a C grade and lots of health code violations.

They should not advertise they are open until 11 pm, if they shut the kitchen down at 10 pm. False advertisement!

I love the food and the employees are great

At Sue's you get a wing from a full grown chicken.... not a hatchling. I highly recommend Sue's wings! And their Ranch dressing is made perfectly! We picked up an order to go, so I can't comment on anything further than great food, order done right and telephonically polite and helpful. We'll have enough left for tomorrow's lunch... So very economically friendly. ❤️

Food was pretty good. Service was not all that excellent. She let our drinks go empty and seemed to disappear a lot when we needed something. Nor did she seem all that excited to be there. But the food was hot and accurate to the order.

Went for lunch at Sue's on 1.20 2024. We ordered and after 40 minutes our food came. Two meals were cold. We asked waitress to reheat the food and we were told that the 3rd persons meal had to be remade and that is likely why it was cold. She apologized and said she would take care of it when our waitress came back out with our food we were told that she was yelled and cursed at by the owner. The owner told her if she had done her job the food wouldn't have been cold. Well my grliied chicken fingers were still cold. Waitress seemed nervous to take them back a second time and asked if the owner could come talk to us. We said that would be fine. Owner eventually came out and was so rude to us as well. What's the problem she said. The issue was explained. She the said what do you want, what did you order. So I need to have them make grilled fingers. Fine and she walked off. The owner also told waitress that she was not removing any food from the ticket no matter what the guests says. I have never experienced staff and guests being treated so rudely. My heart broke for our waitress. Sues has been going down hill for a while. Owner needs an attitude adjustment. The table beside us had no silverware and we gave iurs to them. Tea was not refilled until we asked. Our waitress was trying to keep up but needed help. Overall horrible experience.

We are frequent patrons although in recent months it has been less and less because the service has been so slow. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. The server let us know one dish was made incorrectly and would need to be remade. When they brought the food out 2/3 dishes were ice cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen. When the food came back for the second time only 1/2 dishes came out at the correct temperature. The food was sent back again. The owner was incredibly rude and hateful to our server who was in constant communication with us. We asked to see the owner who then came over and was extremely rude to us. She did not offer to comp the meal we still had not received and we asked for the food to just be put in a to go box. The owner didn’t even bother to bring it out. And it was half the original portion. It was so bad that the table beside us paid for our meal because they saw how rude she was to us. We will not ever return. There is no need to treat your customers or staff in that way.
