I've been here twice now. Before and after remodel. The remodel looks great. Looks like a whole new restaurant. I will say the food was good both times. This restaurant got a lot of online orders and those orders take priority over the people actually ordering in the restaurant. I think the staff needs help because honestly they seemed angry and miserable on both visits.
The store was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and did a great job with taking orders and still interacting with customers in a welcoming way. I will definitely come again.
Ordered ahead via the app. My request was followed perfectly. The quality was top notch.
Came to get a sandwich, Need to use the restroom before ordering. I was told that they won’t let me use the bathroom until I other and pay. So I left. Thank you! Ended up going to Publix and realized I should get my sandwiches from Publix instead, way better customer service, cleaner bathrooms, and THE PHILLY SUB ( the first time I tried here is A PHILLY SANDWICH!!!)
We ordered in the restaurant online, the lady wasn't friendly at all, my wife's Italian wasn't made correctly, my Philly sub wasn't made correctly, nor did it have any mayo on it as requested. It was over toasted. After our subs were fixed the lady that fixed them knew I was waiting and just tossed them in the pick up bin, instead of kindly letting me know they were done. Very unfriendly atmosphere. I won't go back
Online orders aren't always accurate, but still decent.
I have been going to only this particular Subway for over 6 years. There is a female who’s been working at this location for as long as I’ve been coming. She is absolutely amazing. She’s very efficient and makes the sandwiches exceptionally. I can’t say that about any other employees. Some have been extremely slow. One told me once she couldn’t do something because she had other things to do. I waited on her for 5 minutes to make online orders which doesn’t seem right when there is a customer in front of her. I asked her to lightly toast my steak sub and got back to work with a cold sub. That was disgusting. Then this most recent time I went and I could tell the sub wasn’t made good. It had a weird burnt smell and just didn’t taste that great. I decided I won’t eat subway unless the manager lady is there. Sorry to leave a bad review but it’s just disappointing a lot of the times.
Worst subway ever. I order online all the time and finally just gave up because my order is never right. They always forget the same exact condiment every time. This is a constant problem.
