Subway

Horrible! I called McLeod Ave Subway this morning and wanted a tray delivered to my friend whose father just passed. They said they use Uber eats so I did that.Then this Subway cancelled my order. Friends waiting. Shame on you

Good food and service! Lovin the new decor!

They locked me out of then building an hour before they closed and the times before I had to wait over 10 mins to order my sub.

ordered a chicken sub for myself, but the chicken was practically raw. it was rubbery and i couldnt even bite into it. i called and went back and kindly asked for a new sub. Which they provided, but i wasnt allowed to get a different meat. i had to get the chicken AGAIN, after having it raw. maybe im overreacting but i doubt it would be a problem to give me a different type of meat for the same price or equivalent.

So...sub almost accurate minus the disgusting olives I did not ask for and the minimal lettuce when I requested more on the app. Then an argument over cookies. Usually, I do not have a problem. This one particular worker that was on, may need a review in customer service.

Worse customer service ever Lady was on her airpods all the time talking to someone.

Went to the location on 25th Aug on Friday around noon. The staff was super friendly and nice. Food was good as well and well prepared would definitely recommend. But 100/10 for the staff to be honest.

Couldn’t tell you how the food was as I was the only one in the store and they watched me stand at the counter for 5 min asking to be served. They wanted to clean and not have me water they time. Went to superstore to make my own sub
