Made an order last Sat around 5:45 ish ordered 2 footlongs and a rice bowl. No issues in the past until I was given the bag and ripped as I grabbed it and luckily nothing dropped all over the floor but the rice bowl spilt in the bag >:( to the staff responsible for this, pls be mindful on how you bag stuff moving forward! as this was unacceptable.

Not bad but need to work on sandwich skills. A sub should not fall apart when you pick it up.

Above and beyond!!! Always fresh quality and not afraid to help with a problem.

Food is great as logo says its name, but customer service was rude, nd arrogant. Im paying for my food not getting it for free. Give respect take respect

Went to pickup an order just now. Had some issue with the online order the staff (a girl and a guy dont know their name) was really nice and helpful. Definitely visit :)

The gentleman making my sub grabbed a pre-cut bun for my sub and it was really stale. The end was hard enough I didn't eat it. For some reason they love to squish the buns flat. It's brutal. I've been to this location 4 times and each time was bad. We won't be back. They roll the sub super tight and it squishes all of the condiments out so it's just a big mess when you open it. No clue how subway stays in business when their staff are trained to make a sub this way.

Ordered two foot longs of steak and cheese and got no cheese on both.
