Don't come to this subway. I am the first customer in line but it takes them about 10 minutes to take my order because they were filling online orders. There is only one employee working. There is a huge line by the time I'm leaving and still only 1 employee. The person I'm guessing is the owner, pretends to help by taking out the bread when it's finished and sometimes charging customers. The owners have to either higher another worker or learn how to make a sandwich.
Came here for lunch and was helped by Alexandra. She's very rude and made my sandwich soo sloppy. Alot of the veggies were out and when I asked her for the veggies she said very rude they didn't have any. In other words they're to lazy to cut them and refill the canister.
I was at this place on 07/27 at 9pm. The lady making the sandwich had the worst attitude. Need to get proper training
Ordered on the app. Showed up, door was locked and no one was there and the light were off. Waiting about 15 minutes and no one ever came. Noticed on the app that the order was stuck in initiation. They later then completed the order and I got charged. They do not answer the phone in regards to a refund. So they literally just stole my money.

You should fire Roxy she is unprofessional, rude and has no ethics with she deal with Custumer services. I’m taking my buss somewhere else I do not want to see so negative person.
