The employees constantly have a horrible attitude and lack of care for customer satisfaction! They also keep deleting my reviews

I have always had good experience here. Compared to the other subways this one is light years ahead

I’ve gone here 3 times in a row and they have made my food wrong the second time I went in and made them watch my mobile order and they still tried to make it wrong like I wouldn’t notice and I’m normally not the type of person to make a big deal about food but it’s literally all on the tag on the bag how to make it

They were great about my coupons and order!

Closed at 9:15 when it says on website that it closes at 10pm. Unprofessional

The young man was nice but the older lady was a very rude. She shouldn't be working at a job she doesn't like. And it is very hot in there too.

Ambiance. As I walked into this Subway location it became very clear that there was no air conditioning. There was no way I could stay and eat my sandwich inside. I felt so very sorry for the 2 young ladies who were taking my orders. I asked them how they were feeling because it was obvious they were not comfortable. I asked one of them if they were okay. The lack of circulation of air and then the heat of the bread ovens is not an acceptable working environment. I even asked if they had any fans available for them and for any customers that might have wanted to stay to eat there (although a customer can leave as they wish). In the short amount of time, I was there to get my sandwiches I could not breathe well, and I walked out sweating. I am trying to call today to let a supervisor aware my experience at this particular location but no answer. I hope that I can reach someone to let them know that the working conditions are not safe for the employees nor the customers. IT WAS HOT in there!!

The music is far too loud. It hurts my ears and I’m already hard of hearing. I can’t hear the workers nor any phone call I have there.

I asked for double cheese double meat please. was ignored asked again only received more cheese then ignored While trying to ask for the extra meat and just goes to the next person in line So I wasn't going to ask again, paid and then left. reminded me why I go jersey mikes, instead.

The service here is terrible . The older woman who is working there is rude . Me an my dad came and she acted as though she didn’t even want to make our sandwiches, her attitude is awful . She got mad when I said I didn’t want my sandwich warmed up , but she never asked . So another had to be made, and I understand being frustrated. But even before the mistake she was already acting unwelcoming . She has an accent so I thought maybe it was just a language barrier . But rolling your eyes and sighing doesn’t need translation. She’s rude .

I was here 4/6/2024 @ 1:54pm. I think the woman behind the counter was having a bad day or something. Right off the bat, she seemed to have an attitude problem. Each time that I asked her to put anything on my sandwich, she seemed to just throw her head back and smack her lips, and roll her eyes. When I told her I wanted a cup of water, I noticed that she charged me a bottle of water. And I still left her a tip. SMH!!

Never open when they say they’re going to be open. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional.

Siempre atienden bien ,pero en el de nassau bay houston esta una joven que es super cordial y prepara esos panes buenísimos, siempre nos atiende bien y los pedidos para llevar siempre los tiene a tiempo

They don’t put enough meat anymore Also they sprinkle lettuce instead of the right amount
