Went with my grandma, first of all she thought we were only getting one sandwich when clearly there was two of us skipped to the next person, I had to keep repeating myself, there was a language barrier which I have no issues with but im sorry I don’t speak Spanish , drinks were flat she wouldn’t accept our coupon even though it took the price off on the screen it was coupons on the app which were for store use not a mobile order, drinks were all flat I asked for a refund on the drink since she wasn’t going to change it wouldn’t give me a refund for a nasty drink instead told me to grab a bottle which is okay but I wanted my cup with ice and a fountain drink not a bottled one. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences for the last couple years at this location at this point shut it down please. It seems like it’s more of a family location than a buisness. Your better off at the friendswood or scarsdale location

Absolutely the best customer service you could ever ask for. I made an order in the parking lot and my phone froze on payment. They got the order late when it finally went through. And they were beyond professional. Thank you so much because that was a really stressful day.

Horrible customer service. The boy with the busted lip looked like he didn’t wanna be working at all. Barely looked at us and was very dry. The other young Hispanic boy who was working with him refused to finish our sandwiches and waited for the other boy to do it. Super uncomfortable in there..

Every morning they are not ready at their opening time. Their register is never ready in the mornings, it’s completely ridiculous. Do your job. Check the cameras, I left with out my food at 930

Yeah this location is rough when it comes to customer service. They boys take their sweet time coming to serve you even when you’re the only one there. They barely talk to you, I told the boy I wanted a drink, he said “k” then proceeded to not ring it up. They aren’t even behind the counter when you get there. They just mess around. One of the boys didn’t even help the other… he just stood there.

okay food terrible staff just go another subway.

out of most of the breads, meats, vegetables and condiments.

Please hire adults . This is teenagers hanging out with their friends . Takes 20 minutes to get a sandwich because they are goofing around .
