just came back from getting my sandwich and got home and it's missing avocado my sub is really easy ham bacon Swiss avocado and mayo I don't get how they have enough time n can't get it right!!! I wonder if they can refund me my bacon money cuz they charge u for it not gonna let them keep that money
I ordered 2 mexicali chicken with avocado...and guess what they forgot the avocado on both footlongs we pay extra for the avocado is not hard to follow steps disappointed!!!
I received awful service on 5/8/23 at 12:55pm 2 employee males were working; the young male ignored me when I walked in he had no line and turned his back on me. A second male older man came from the back like 5 minutes later and took my order but never once picked up his head and made eye contact. When i told him that there was no people ahead of me and what was the reason why they made me wait so long to take my order the man just walked away and did not care that subway gives bad service to a customer. The other employee muttered something when I walked out the door. Very poor customer service and unprofessionalism at this Subway. Also my bread was not fresh.
Today we stop at Subway . And is being a while the I haven't been here. They were out of cookies . Then when I got to the soda machine they only had zero sugar drinks. The cashier was nice and fix it right at away. Then it was berly 8:03 p.m. and he's coworker told us we are close the lobby close at 8:00 p.m. We had being eating way before 8:00 p.m. and in Google says that the close at 11:00 p.m. that it was not a way to tread a costumer. They should put a notice so that way we don't think that the are open intul 11:00 p.m. from now on I will stick to Hungry bear deli . I like the service there . I am so disappointed at Subway.
Don't go here!! They're very rude. I was just in there they didn't even acknowledge me I waited three minutes so I went to the restaurant next door a Little Mexico and had a great lunch. I will never go here again. The one on East Vista Way and Hacienda does a better job.
(MUST READ) I was with my son to get him a subway he was very happy to go but he wanted to order is I went with him inside but he was ordering at the start everything seemed fine until the worker broke the bread and my son was concerned and I was not to mad and told my son it was probably a accident but now that I look back at it she was in a bad mood and then my son finished his order and at the register the worker was being very rude to my son then my son paid and she just ignored him after and went on to the next customer not saying anything and then my son paid with a 20 and it 12 and she only game my son 6 basically scamming my kid and when we got home the sandwich was very messed up because when she broke the bed and the sandwich was all over the place and never coming again watch who you hire SUBWAY
