Everyone that wants to work in an environment where English is the main language should know English so they can communicate with all the customers. Here is a photo of a perfect example of someone at this subway that doesn't comprehend english. Look how they spelled the word that I circled. Lol
This isn't the best Subway. It's a smaller location. Only one person is doing all the work. The meatballs needed to be taken out and heated up but it wasn't hot at first. The person did reheat it. There wasn't much tomato sauce left to add to the meatball sandwich. So, it goes! Maybe next time it will be better.
I pass two other subways just to come here. It’s my favorite one in the area. The staff is great, they do the best preparing sandwiches and never too busy. You can order ahead online if you don’t want to wait. But it’s never too many people here.
This place is definitely a TERRIBLE PLACE to eat…they are very dirty…I had did an online order which turned out to be made wrong…..so i walked back in the store to let the young lady know that the order was made wrong…she looks at the sandwich examines it with HER BARE HANDS and tells me your sand is correctly made …here”(hands it to me) I said “Mam I come to subway a lot i k ow exactly how my sandwich is suppose to be made…..i suggested to her to just remake the sand wiches so i can just leave…(no problem mistakes happen…now lets get to the real problem……as she was making the new sandwiches….i was giving her instructions so that there would be no more mistakes and i guess she didnt like what i was telling her because she was ignoring me huffing and puffing….trying to avoid listening ….trying to speak over me (talking to another customer)….so then i said if its a problem to make the sandwiches ill just get my refund and we can settle it that way…..she then said they dont do refunds….i then asked to soeak to the manager…..who then refused to address the situation by hanging up in my face when i asked for the information to dispute a refund…….so i took matters into my own hands and told her to make my sandwiches so i can leave she waited a whole hour to make the sandwhiches…mind you i had my whole family in the car waiting….as she was trying to be petty and pretend to clean things …when there were no other customers around that time….faking like she was so busy…there were only 2 subs for me she had to remake and she dragged her feet for an hour…DO NOT EAT HERE THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS….the manayer(as was mentioned in camill phone) she lacks customer consideration and she will comment on this post …something she definitely wont do which is RIGHT by the customer…..sandwich had flies on them….old tomatoes i had to ask for fresh veggies…..she was very RUDE…..she dug in her nose with the gloves and i maade her switch her gloves…..THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I suggest hiring people who take integrity serious and also…pay them more because shes obviously underpaid!!!

Ordered an All-American club online which includes turkey, ham and bacon as the meats. When it was delivered, it had a few scant pieces of chicken and no other meats. Tried to call, and kept getting re-routed to a store in Antioch and their answering machine. The refund I got wasn't enough to cover a re-order, either.
