I wish I could give a better review! But: 1. Bathroom was dirty (sink and toilet dirty, paper towels empty, plunger just lying next to toilet [yuck, looked just thrown down after being used], "lock" on door was only a little sliding chain) 2. Food didn't look fresh (lettuce was brown, spinach looked slimy, cucumber and tomato slices looked past their prime) 3. No napkins placed in take-out bag (a minor thing, for sure, but just another little mark against the place, as we tried eating sandwiches in the car and having sauce glop onto our laps. I should have checked for napkins!). If they kept the bathroom cleaner and veggies fresher, they would get way better reviews.
Horrible customer service!! Shame on Subway that's horrible customer service are prejudice!! Gave lamest excuse about not accepting coupons. I have seen others giving same feedback in there reviews. Poor management as well. Sad that we have these kind of Subways in the area. I wish either there is new Subway comes in area or management changes. Never, go here if plan to use coupons. Like many others, this will be my LAST VISIT HERE. To much prejudice.
The sandwich maker during the evening shift did a wonderful job with our order. I can’t say enough about how well prepared the sandwiches were. It’s just too bad they don’t accept promotional offers.
This Subway is poorly run. They also try to cheat you. I paid for a footlong Tuna meal. When trying to get a soda, their fountain drinks had no carbonation. The employee went in the back to try to fix it and said they don't have any carbonation and for me to just get a bottle of coke from the freezer. NOTE: The bottle was only 20 oz. and I paid for a medium drink that is a 30 oz. drink. I explained that that is not a fair trade and that they should let me take 2 bottles for the inconvenience (10 mins of my time). The senior employee said he would have to call the manager who was not even in the store. After waiting, they said they will just refund my money. After all this, I just wanted to get out of there. Ridiculously poor service! Save your time and $$. Don't go here.
Horrible customer service!! The gentleman in front of me ordered his meal and when he was getting his soda he dropped it they made him buy another soda. Shame on Subway that's horrible customer service are prejudice!! Made me wait cuz I asked about coupons. They did everything they could possibly do BEFORE waiting on me. Count down the till, and mop the floor. This will be my LAST VISIT HERE. Being prejudice today is uncalled for!!
