Subway

Supposed to be open tol 10pm. It's 930pm and doors are locked and closed. Change the hours if this is how they run this location

I see a ton of reviews about the blond lady with the head set but I saw her today and she was nothing but kind to us we laughed about how we couldn't find the barcode in the app I don't understand all the hate it's a nice subway nice customer service and even has a drive thru

Candi was nice and prepared our sandwiches as we requested. We chit chatted over calling soda 'coke' (I'm from Texas), 'pop' or 'cold drink'. The restaurant was overall in clean condition. The bathrooms were fine. Subway seems so expensive. Maybe it's cause I don't eat out much.

I truly hope the owner reads this. That lady I didn't know her name had blonde hair and that headset on and she was the only employee there working the drive-thru and making subs efficiently without any attitude or anything and she was obviously overwhelmed by the look on her face. She has a full lobby and two in drive thru!! she did an amazing job my sub was absolutely delicious and she deserves a huge raise!!! I will recommend all of my customers who I sell to at Chevrolet Troy to that location!!!

Great Subway

The blonde lady who took our order and gave us our food was one of the rudest people ive ever seen in fast food. She took our order with an attitude while sitting there and saying absolutely nothing and not asking what we wanted. She also added Italian dressing to our sandwich when we never asked for that and only ordered mayo and mustard. She handed us the machine to put our card in and said just take it. then basically threw our food at us. but hey at least we got have a good day when she walked away.

***********PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE*********** I ordered on the app, horrible experience and horrible response. When I got the message order is ready and I went through drive thru as the lobby is locked, they said we are still preparing and waited for 10 mins for my order. Ordered same subs but on different bread, they made with two different meats. I have returned to the store and asked, they said this is how we make the sub is the response instead of apology. How they can make two same meat subs with different meat??? And there is no cheese added on both, not toasted even I selected the toast option. I went to 10’s of stores all over the US, never had a worst experience like this. Young boy and girl are serving, their response is horrible. ***********PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE***********

My sub was NOT cut, & I noticed a couple people after me had to go back up & get their subs cut also
