This place is unprofessional and dirty. The place is filled with spiders, ants, and roly polies all throughout the store! The coworkers are cool the only problem is the store owner.
She cannot face confrontation and admit when she's wrong and tries to play in your face making it seem like you're crazy. She's also very grimy and I wouldn't suggest putting your money towards this business that's VERY money hungry and overcharging when it comes to sandwiches when you can get it somewhere else for cheaper. Lastly the place is unhygienic.. shoes, toothpaste, and a toothbrush are left in the back like it's someone's homes and it's where food is supposed stored! This place is not a good environment to eat or work at.
My daughter and I just got back from this Subway. It was 8:15 and they had most of the food packed up. When initially ordering they told me “Cash only!” To their dismay and my pleasure I had my daughter run to car to get cash. Then told us only certain cheeses were available (they put away most of the cheese away already). They don’t close till 9:30. I would’ve walked out from jump street but that would’ve appeased their goal so I ordered just to see their displeasure in doing their job. The cherry on top was walking out and hearing them drop something. Karma !
I placed a mobile order here August 8 at around 8PM and my whole order was wrong. For starters my sandwich had little to no vegetables and had chicken CRUMBS. Literally no full chicken pieces. It was drier than the Sahara. Also my chicken and cheese flatbread was hard as cardboard, I couldn’t even bite through it. I really dislike having to go back to a place to complain but not like it was free. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Never coming back to this location, horrible service.
Price of food is more expensive than Frankfort. $25 for two meatball sandwiches and Frankfort is $20. Took twenty minutes to make total of three sandwiches. Most ingredients don’t look fresh and cucumbers tasted like cleaning solution. Never had an experience at subway like this or paid as much even when in Chicago. Wouldn’t recommend.
Visit 5/29/24 around 8:40pm. Poor customer service. Most of the food was packed up. Store close at 9:30pm. Two employees working didn’t greet any customers. I ordered 2 cookies charged for 3 only given 2. The employee stole my cookie. How ridiculous is that? Quality of bread and veggies were bad. Never again. Awful location.
The service was okay but the bread was stale.
La comida rica para llevar
I order the sandwiches online and farthealways ready when I get there. I did want to try the cookie but unfortunately nobody has them.
They make some of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten in any subway great service
Waited almost an hour to get my curbside order and even though the app said it was ready it was never even prepared and had to go inside and wait even more.Twice doing curbside with this place either had to wait long or go in myself when it wasn’t even busy. The workers looked miserable and came off unprofessional.Sorry but I’m not coming here again.
Ordered buy one get one free sub. The free sub was a steak sub which they could have just kept there wasn't enough meat to make a 6-in on this 12-in. Supposed to come with twice the cheese but they forgot to put any cheese. The bell peppers that were put on was in the shape of a apple peell or orange peel flat and large. Totally disappointed.
Not only did they mess up my sandwiches that I had ordered online, but when I sent a message about it, the owner of the franchise responded that he had shared my concerns with his team. Absolutely no offer to make it right. Forget this location. Horrible. Worst store that I've ever been to.
I’ve been to a lot of subways but this one is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The workers are so slow. It took them over 15 minutes to ring out one sandwich and they move as if they were the sloths from zootopia. Something has to change cause literally restaurants that have to cook their food are faster than a place that toasts it for like 20 seconds. The worker that was making my order also did not know how to fold my sandwhich. She literally gave up and put it in the paper as it was.
Stopped in after a visit to target for some necessities. It was about two hours before your posted closing time. I was told you were out of turkey which was the first time Ive ever been told that in 35 years from subway, let alone being years away from the pandemic. That’s decades subway. Were you guys out of turkey or did you simply not want to sell your product because of laziness? If so lock the damn door and turn ur lights off. Stop insulting me and just tell the truth. You wanted to close early so you could leave early. I get it. But have pride in what you do. Have integrity. Otherwise, you’re simply sabotaging yourself, your future, and your career. Do better.
