I don't know why the subway workers seem to be incompetent when it comes to making sandwiches. it says "more" on the receipt & on the order screen; it's not hard to read and simply put more sauce on the sandwich I'm paying for.
We ordered two monster steak subs with double meat and extra mayo. Our subs were child sized and not toasted at all. I knew when I walked in they would be terrible. She didn't look like she wanted to be there. Horrible customer service. Never going here again I want my money back now
This Subway store has poor service and uninterested workers. I went in there tonight and rang the bell twice since I didn’t see anyone behind the counter (or in the kitchen on either side). After waiting 4-5 min, I went to the attendant at the Circle K (where this subway is located) and asked if the subway was open. He said “Yes” and punted to a lady who was sweeping the floor nearby. I asked this lady if she worked at the subway and if I could order a sandwich. She gave a snarky look at me and said “Yeah! Wait til I finish sweeping!” She continued to sweep, so I left and went across the street to buy a delicious Taco Bell dinner! The personnel at Taco Bell were so friendly and nice! They were respectful too. The food was delicious too! I’ll never go back to this Circle K Subway—the workers are rude, unkind, & NOT interested in serving their customers!
I DO NOT recommend if you are in a time restraint. I ordered a group order in early am(6:30am) for pick up at 5:30p. Showed up at 5:30 and order wasn't even started. Took 20 minutes to prepare order and caused me to run late. I tipped with online order a nice tip and that's why I don't like pre-tipping.
My wife and I ended up getting food poisoning from this gas station restaurant. The workers were great, but the food needs some serious attention so others don't get sick
