Worst experience, employees don’t listen , and have an attitude for no reason!
It took them 10 mins to come from the back!
Location claims to have never received my online order, doesn’t have what I ordered online, and refused to refund my order. When I showed the employee the receipt with his manager on the phone (I believe he initially identified her as “Lisa,” but refused to confirm that when I requested), she essentially called me a liar. The nametag-less employee also would not provide a telephone number for Subway corporate.
This place has a terrible reputation. Don't use their app to order food, 2 of the last 3 tries they accepted order, it’s said done but closed early. Called, someone picked up and said someone called in so he’s closing early. Door dasher is sitting outside. Terrible, terrible experience.
People have always been nice BUT it closes randomly and the soda fountain has been broken for months. Location offers no seating. Lowest ranked location I have ever been to.
A place I could find in the dark
Nice place for a healthy cold sun for lunch.

After one staff member messed my order
Area manager Rachelle went above and beyond to resolve the issue
Called me and set up a day and time to make subs for me by herself
She was so nice and understanding

Came at 11:30 there not open it say 9 on a Wednesday .....what time do u open like so sad
Horrible. Did online ordering today. They didn't toast the sub, drenching it in sauce. Contacted the manager and he did nothing. Please train your employees accordingly.
Has gone way downhill from recently. Employee in training started complaining under his breath about me when I checked to see if he had put on extra meat. Bread was underbaked twice, squishes down to nothing. Less meat by far then previously, scoops for tuna are tiny. Their commercials should have a warning label - "Object are smaller than they appear".
Supposed to close at 830pm got there 15 minutes before and the door was locked.👎
Absolutely a trash establishment. The server had a bad attitude and had others and myself wait inline wait until we get to the counter to tell us individually they're out of bread. HOW as a Subway at 12noon be out of bread. At the very least make an announcement so people's time isn't wasted. Then speaks to customers rude as if it's our fault. The mayo was oozing out the sides, way to much and the oatmeal cookies were salty
Subways need to get new employees here. Sat there for 20 minutes with two people in front of me and the struggle was real to make two sandwiches.
Was closed for a time and kind of an after thought to visit. When there are other sandwich or subs to choice from. Haven't been there in a long while.
