Used to go here when I lived in the city Great service staff are always polite and never rude and sandwich’s always tasty Knew one of the older staff members as there son and I use to be friends they were also really sweet Wish Y’all The Best Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat and enjoy been there since high school Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps on the sides for wheelcheer users

Foodservice inside a variety store. Unfortunately, the franchise owner isn't staffing to meet customer count. Was in about 630pm, only one girl in to look after everything. I felt so bad for her, but she did what she could to cover. There were 3 people in line ahead of myself, then waited was about 15 minutes before ordering. The one staff member was polite and apologized for the delay. It's a shame by the owner that she was left on her own, I've never been in a subway store that schedules just one staff member. There may even be an ontario safety law against this. Thank you to the one staff member who was making my order.

Terrible place owner was extremely rude and cheap WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Poor communication and lacks good customer service. Will only make excuses instead of pursuing any solution to problems.

Placed order close to closing hour. Very kind and friendly. The location is very tidy and well kept. The gentleman prepared our subs with care adding fresh toppings and the right amount of everything. I also shared in a nice conversation with him, very impressive listening and multitasking skills:).. Was given great details and accurate info when I had food and price inquiries. The food was Great very Fresh. I would definitely return to this location as well as highly recommend it Also the conjoined "corner store" is a plus with a good selection of items as well as also being very nicely and neatly kept. ➖ ➖

this location deletes its horrible reviews!! if you can’t take criticism don’t own a restaurant or learn how to be a better establishment!

Tonight 2023/10/29 around 7 PM I tried to buy a kids menu - a subway sandwich price 5.55+tax. The lady took a foot bread (regular), she cut off in the half and after she cut off the corner (don't know why she took it off and put in the garbage that part, people are paying that parts as well). She added cheder cheese, 2 slice of tomato, 2 leaves of spinach, 2 slice of cucumber, and a pitch of cheese. The pitch of cheese was considered extra cheese (like a small tea spoon). So NO ham, NO bacon, nothing else, as should be into a regular sandwich for same price, i repeat my self 5.55+tax. My son didn't want and my wife asked it's okay if she can add extra cheese replacing the ham, or the bacon. So the price of the small sandwich (less of the 6 inch because the lady put into the garbage the corner of the bread) became surprising, after tax $9.88 from $6.27. Magic. So just beware with the extra cheese here cost a lot :)). I asked why is $9.88 after tax, should be 5.55+ tax ($6.27). She said for the extra cheese. So ladies and gens I can not recommend this SUBWAY place. Of course we decided to not buy anything at the end... and guys its not about the money here,... its about a principle. The way how some people are trying to make money. You can not post a price and demanding a different price at the end - its not good for the business.
