The food is awful. This does not taste fresh. Lunch meat is the cheapest meat and they slice it extremely thin. It was more fresh before the meat change. Nasty! I will not be back.
It's absurd that they charged my senior mom who speaks little English over 16$ for a footlong, and when I called they gave me a ridiculous excuse because she buys this often and it never cost this much! Very disappointing that you charged her everything a la carte instead of charging what's best the client, and while I was politely speaking to your employee, he tells me: " I'm sorry, I have customers here, I have to go" Preposterous, let's move in to the next person and forget what just happened! Foods good people could be better they always sound bored or in a hurry
Me: A tuna protein bowl please. Can you change your gloves? I'm allergic to wheat. Him: *changing his gloves, pointing to the bread* both of these are Italian, not wheat. Me: it still has flour, I'm allergic to flour. Him: *not listening, going back to the toaster, grabbing another sandwich with the new gloves* Manager-looking Person: *standing there watching it happen* Never mind, I don't want dinner that badly.

Good subs, however the company should pay it's people better wages. They should not have to rely on tips.
My wife got me a sandwich from there and gave it to me when she got home. The sandwich was rolled so tight it made the sandwich very thin and hard to eat, plus been sick to my stomach ever since. I promise that my family and I will no longer BUY anything from subway again.
