I recently visited the Subway and it was a letdown from start to finish. The store was unkempt, with crumbs littering the tables and a peculiar smell lingering in the air. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained, taking forever to prepare my sandwich while chatting amongst themselves. When my sub finally arrived, it looked nothing like the appetizing photos on the menu board. The ingredients were haphazardly and the bread was stale and rubbery. Overall, my Subway experience was a regrettable waste of time and money. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Downhill, used to be a good sandwich shop. Not sure what the issue is but the last couple of sandwiches didn't taste right.

If you are in a hurry don’t go here. Waited 20 minutes in line once, next time I had to eat I made the short drive to Jimmy John’s and saved a lot of time on my break.
Did a mobile order maybe 45mins before I arrived and my order wasn't ready because they ran out of the bread we chose. It would have been nice to get back to me instead of driving there just to be told they ran out of bread.
The food and service here is great. The low stars is because they double billed. Spoke to the manager who stated it happens a lot and she could do nothing. I had to contest via my bank. This is a 10 business day process and a huge pain when they could have just offered a gift card for my next time. Now this location is dead to me.
