They messed up two sandwiches I had drive way back there n get them right n no discount or anything for screw up
dont bother with delivery, i order once every six weeks or so in the hope that maybe they will have gotten their ish together and can make a sandwich to what the reciept says, and they have yet to do it. i have ordered from here about 6 times in the past few months and today they surprised me in that they actually toasted my sandwhiches, which is somethig, that even when the reciept says "toasted" they often forget to, but they made a completely different sandwhich from the one i ordered. if you're ging to order, dont order online, go in person where you can *point* to the ingredients you want rather than relying on their ability to read, because it really seems like they just ignore it and wing it.
I came in tonight to get a sandwich, and waited about 30 minutes to get a sandwich but the wait didn’t bother me, and the only reason I gave the service rating a 5 star is only for the little old gentleman working there tonight all by himself!!! He had a brand new employee, first night on the job and his manager wasn’t even there. It was packed in there, and he had online orders stacked and so far behind wirh no help!!! The line inside the store was to The door yet, he still tried his best to stay calm and let everyone know it would take a while due to it only being him working. That man needs a raise!!!! Subway you need to treat your employees better and should have managers there training new people. That poor gentleman took a beating from customers; he was cursed at multiple times, and screamed at!! That employee deserves a raise and should have quit tonight, but didn’t!!! Subway you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! That man deserves a job where he is valued, and he definitely wasn’t valued.
I love subway but. I try to get them to stop putting hand falls of toppings and gallons of sauce on it little goes long way
