It is no coincidence that I have had food poisoning 3 times right after eating here. Poor food, poor service and poor prices, do not eat at this subway.
My wife went into Subway today at 4.25 to be told that she could not eat in because they ‘needed to wash and clean the restaurant’. She was not allowed to sit and eat even though the restaurant was not due to close for another 90 minutes. I think the staff here need some urgent training. Their priorities are all wrong…
Absolutely hostile atmosphere, the little grump bag behind the counter, whom I assume must be the manager of such establishment, greeted us, from the minute we walked through the door, with an angry and demeaning tone. This encounter left me with a feeling of guilt as I was eating my food, as it felt I had been in the wrong, however, I am just a regular civil subway customer, this embarkment has left me dumbfounded whether I shall return to this subway in particular, and also subways across all stretches of the globe. All I wanted was for a civilised and enjoyable meal, yet I am mortified with my experience and am Devastated with this encounter as I usually love my 6 inch hearty Italian sub! The best Subway I have visited, and this is simply due to the fact of the woman who served us, she was very lovely and took time with me and my brother to ensure our sandwiches were perfect! Vegetarian options: Build your own sandwich put what you like on there Dietary restrictions: You can put what you like on your sandwich so it's your choice.
Been a few times to this branch, however this will be the last. Extremely rude staff with bad attitude on more than one visit. Staff look like they don’t want to be there. Asked for a little bit of extra lettuce and was point blank refused.
Feel depressed every time I go in here the staff are so miserable. The prices they charge a simple smile or an hello would not go a miss totally all look so down. Try phillpots up the road much nicer environment to be served. Cheaper also . Maybe some staff training. ????However the girl who is manager is the worst one so as the saying goes lead by example your staff may cheer up be a while before I would go back in.
I’m not one to complain But the woman’s attitude towards the customers was appalling. She yelled across the room if someone used the toilet. Muttering under her breath. She publicly embarrassed the customers. Mainly the younger ones. She’s very self centered.
No soap in the bath room, whe I asked I was told they didn't have any. That's means the staff aren't washing thier hands properly either. Kid-friendliness: Nope, the staff member was rude to children
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Rita, who works for this store. She is super helpful and patient. Her customer service skills are at a very high level, and she always goes the extra mile.
