Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. I GAVE THIS SUBWAY A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE SUBWAY ON 6138 GREENWOOD ROAD, SUITE 100, SHREVEPORT, LA WHICH IS A ZERO STAR :-)
Had a mobile order,my girlfriend got her's perfectly correct even with multiple alterations. However mine wasn't even the correct sandwich. Wasn't a Philly,more like some sorta ham. Very soggy though and overloaded with poor quality vegetables. If you like subs I'd say go to Firehouse or Jimmy John's instead .
