Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Straight up ignored me when I had a question about my sandwich. When I asked the second time they answered and rolled their eyes. Well well well…..
The majority of the workers here show very unsanitary habits like walking to the counter, wiping their mouth off from eating with their hands that they do not wash but put gloves on . They act as if I disturbed their rest by coming in. They always lie about the coupon machine is down and don't accept them. I had to wait on them to finish fixing three orders before they would ring me up. Straight from collecting money to fixing sandwiches and still didn't wash their hands. The State health department needs to pay this location at Crossroads a visit.
I contacted customer support in June letting them know my online order was wrong. Mr. Will Hudson, CEO, reached out expressing his apologies. I thanked him for his response but requested a meal replacement ( as the original order was incorrect and the store didn’t reach out to inform me of the matter, or a refund. Needless to say, they didn’t fix my order nor did i get a credit for my order. I will not be supporting any of the franchises in Selma again. Also, they have roaches
My Aunt thoroughly enjoyed her steak sub. Mine was ok except the bread a tad bit dry.
There is the person that ask you what you want when you first walk in. She must be gard of hearing or just don't want to at work. Completely and fully made to wrong subway and they really didn't want to throw it away. So I paid for it anyway. ...... Need new crew. Very upset.
