STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!!!! AWFUL SERVICE! Ordered in app for an offer that they were showing that they were participating in. Went straight there just to find out that they won't honor the offer and cancelled my order. I did receive an email notification but I placed my order and started driving I will NOT check my emails while I'm driving. The owner pointed to a sign taped to his counter that states not participating. Offered to show him the app he had no interest. Sounded like he was aware but wouldn't honor. Rather than taking care of the customer and then fixing THEIR ERROR, he got upset started to sweat at me and told me to get out! Completely not acceptable! DO NOT GO HERE!! They have no customer service skills and are rude!

The app shows this is a participating location. After placing my order online for the $6.99 foot long deal, I went inside to wait for my order. Looking back in the app I see they voided it and would not honor the deal. Not only did they void it, they knew I was sitting there and didn’t even tell me. I had to look back in the app myself. This is why you don’t let cheap people run stores. This time is supposed to be for customer appreciation, not for them to try to save as much money possible themselves. Absolute trash service I will never go here again and I hope nobody else does either. There are much better subways extremely close to this tragic location anyways.

Service was really good. Don’t know there name but about @8:10 pm on 10/8/24. Vegetables was very fresh, staff was really very nice & helpful . It’s 5 star for sure.

I don’t recommend to place order online. They cancel it after 5 minutes without any reason. Don’t order from here if you don’t want to frustrated

I was told at the cash register that this Subway will not accept my coupon for a free small drink because of the kind of sandwich I made. I am sorry but You guys are cheap and underhanded.

I was getting vegi pizza and they told me there will be extra charger for having cheese after all vegetables on pizza. I been getting same stuff everytime this is something new

Ordered footlong steak. Good portion size, great flavor. Nice staff. Fantastic dining area, spotless. Must recommend.

This is a great place for subway sandwiches....never seen this clean store with customer friendly service and quality food sandwiches. I would recommend this subway to everyone anytime !

Why subway send coupons out when this place doesn’t take any coupons what kind of services is this so sad ,they have a big sign saying they don’t take coupons

Owner at the checkout, was very rude, provided bad customer service. wont accept 4 coupon on 4 sandwiches. I was told its 1coupon per customer, that means I cant place order as take out for family. I have been using same coupons at other subway without any problem. Guy had a very rude tone. Will not return back to this store.
