Subway

The staff are really rude. Don't waste your time at this location. They wouldn't take a coupon so we decided to leave and the guy was almost yelling at us telling us they don't accept them because no one told them. So they know they are legit coupons but because they are upset like a 5 year old they throw a fit at the customer. Complete disrespect from the staff.

Recently noticed that the prices at this location are higher compared to others in the city. Went to a different Subway downtown, and it was clear that the Idylwyld one charges upwards of a dollar more on all of their items. It's not like this is in a remote spot either, it's smack-dab on a major street. Seems a little fishy, along with their apprehension for accepting coupons. I won't be bothering with this particular one again.

The location is in a good busy area of the city the employees are really nice fast and with covid they are doing what's needed with dividers and sanitizing still fresh bread made on site all in all 9/10 1 point because they dont have Monterey jack cheese no more lol

Great food, fast service

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went into this Subway location pretty recently with my partner and the sanitation was well below what it should have been. There were fruit flies and other bugs flying around and crawling all over the meat and vegetables. We ended up just leaving and not taking or paying for our order because of how disappointed we were by the glaring issues with sanitation. As a food service worker myself I advise everyone to stay away from this location until the insect problem is dealt with properly. The sanitation procedures obviously aren't being followed and I can't say that I trust that the ingredients are even fresh.

Disgusting. Ordered a 12 inch sub , didn’t get the extra cheese I paid for . Toppings were hardly on the sub . Will never go to this location again

Saleh is honestly one of the most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! My husband and I frequent this location every few days for his company and how he prepares our food!! 10/10 service and an amazing person.

We stopped in here while moving and it was a great store. The staff were awesome,friendly and kind and we enjoyed our meal eat in. Thanks again
