Subway

I have been to many subways in the city! I must admit I have never been served with this much smile and care for the taste I want! The serving guy followed instruction and made it right! I will be back

Leo if you want to compliment the new staff that is great! However all regulars including myself know that the old staff were awesome! Also we know that this store was the most transparent in the City! When we first started trying the new subs not only were we informed that our subs came with extra cheese at NO cost they even pointed at the menu explaining that any subs with a triangular shaped cheese beside it came with extra cheese at no cost! When we first started going there we would ask if the Tuna was fresh and they would pull the tuna out of the unit to show us the date and time it was made! No other location would do this. If the old owner is reading these I hope you know how much you and your staff were appreciated and that your "TRUE" regulars know the truth about how this location was run!

The guy making the sandwiches was so helpful and patient while we were deciding on what we wanted. The staff here is really nice. The food was good. But the music playing was a bit unpleasant.

Grill machine always broken, order is not prepared per instructions given online. Worst subject

This used to be the best subway in Saskatoon, possibly Saskatchewan. It appears the franchise has new owners and their standards are more on par with all the other subways I don’t visit. If the new owners are reading this, you may want to consider chatting with your previous owner about her standards. I’m not the only one who has noticed. We used to go out of our way to go here but I certainly won’t if things how it’s going to be now.

We ordered Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls. The rice was old and dry, chewy and almost no sauce. Had bowls many times elsewhere. This order was horrible. Won’t come back.

This subway has the best staff in the city! We’ve always been met with absolute kindness and phenomenal customer service. It’s always spotless and well stocked. By far our favourite subway and make a point to go out if our way to go to this one when we get subway.

I have been visiting this subway from quite a long time now, but this time I came across that the owner has been changed, and the new staff is genuinely polite and nice. I have always been having suprimo every-time I visit this place, the previous staff never mentioned that this sandwich comes with double cheese they never educated me with that. But this time the new employees mentioned that this sandwich comes with extra cheese and does not have to pay for it. I appreciate their transparency! I’d definitely visit this place again, amazing staff and well maintained environment.

New people running it as of the end of 2023 and they have switched to cheaper meats that I couldn't chew through it was like leather.. Not sure if corporate is aware? Can't get an order right. When asked if they added the right ingredients they chose to lie instead of remake the sub.
