Customer service always good but my bacon is always burnt. Why?
Very disappointed with customer service. Placed order online. Online App. said order was ready. Went to pick the order up and hadn't been started. There was only one couple in line being served at the time of entering the store with (2) subway associates. The working class in this country only gets a 30 minute lunch break. I was unable to wait any longer. Then Subway made it a hassle to get a refund !!! Won't order from here and will be filing an complaint with Subway Corp.
my bread was soggy, the lady asked if i wanted lettuce and tomato and started putting onions on it, she overall had poor customer service skills.
