Card machine never works , veggies for the sandwiches are NEVER fresh ,
I placed my order and was called that they didn't have the meat for my one sandwich so I told her to cancel the order and I'll go somewhere else. Order was never canceled so I was charged no one ever answers the phone I've tried contacting several times and never heard back. I will never order from this store ever again!! Nor go into the Walmart that they are located in. Also went inside and the employee was like I have no idea how to help you! Bull...
Un servicio muy malo al cliente hay una joven con el pelo corto no recuerdo su nombre da un maltrato a las personas mientras estaba comiendo vi como trataba a las otras personas un pésimo servicio yo no recomiendo este sitio comí ahí por un amigo que ordenó y me invitó los empleados tienen que entender que uno va tranquilamente a ordenar y pagar por un servicio no es para que lo traten mal dile hablen mal a las personas y más cuando son personas mayores que falta de educación
The workers were extremely rude and had attitudes and then the bread for our sandwiches were hard and old. Will never go to this subway again.
The teenage cashier girl is always in a bad mood idk why,she always has that mean look on her face,she shouldn’t take

I was taken aback by what rude service I received by one young lady. Since the get go many unnecessary rude comments were made to me before I was in line to order for example, "The line is over there" (With a stank face). When I finally was in line, I was taking out paper where what I was getting was written on it. The young lady said "can I help you in a low voice, and said it once again very loudly and rude. I looked at her flabbergasted, and asked why she had raised her voice. She mummers and walks away, another employee comes and asks what is the problem. I explain the other girl is raising her voice and using a rude tone of voice while I am trying to order. Her response is "Ma'am you need to calm down she is a 16 yr old, you are an adult how do you look". They are excusing rude behavior and bad customer service. I demanded the girl have respect and no need to be rude. Since they see they are not winning this one over on me, she denies me service. I know Karen's happen everywhere, but in this case employees are ruining business for Subway. Managers need to step it up at this location because this is not okay. And I hope each person who gets treated with disrespect for no reason at all, stands up for themselves.
I was there yesterday close to 5pm waiting in line. To hear the worker yelling at a customer because they couldn't be heard. The worker wearing ear buds looked at me and yelling saying it was cash only. I waited patiently to ask if they had the footlong desserts and told me they don't carry them but the subway app shows it and there is a picture of them on the wall saying available. This is combined with Annie Anne's pretzels. This worker is always rude. Last time before yesterday the same worker shouted at me telling me Annie Anne's was closed but Food and drink was available. I am not going to step foot back in this place again. Not worth it.
Boycott Subway
The customer service was a disgrace.I was given attitude as soon as I got to the register told the line is back there as she pointed to the 3 people in front of the counter. I gave my order & told her I had a coupon. She yelled at my husband & I that the coupon can't be used on our order even though our choice was not except on the coupon. Instead of handling me my change she dropped it on the counter. She was the rudest cashier. I refuse going back to Subway.
The owners are the nicest people ever. Always are so sweet when I come in & have my order almost memorized. 10/10
Horrible service, manager was the most disrespectful one as well and not just that there is no respect or self control from what I remember.

Bad experience, the employees don’t had change of money and they make me change to me , my girlfriend had hungry but they don’t have the delicate of let her eat while I locking for change , nice place but bad employees
horrible customer service, encountered a lady who had the most attitude I’ve ever seen, black hair, pale skin, had on a black sweatshirt, first she was rude and snappy to my mom who doesn’t speak English. then when we were going to pay all we asked is why it came out to so much because two sandwiches came to 38 dollars, she got annoyed that we were asking and took away our sandwiches and walked away with them before we could even pay, will be calling in, hope she gets fired. if you are encountered with this lady report her! I don’t want anyone else to have this experience as well.
Now I see and understand there's no line, to order, like it used to be years ago. What a terrible service. The lady, can remember her name was with a horrible attitude to people right in front of me. When It was my turn to order it was the same but sadly for her I told her a few good well deserved things. Like really?! You can't treat your customers like they're getting free food, and even if there's people asking for food, you need to treat them WITH RESPECT! Never again. Terrible hard bread as well. It was extra toast it what makes it hard, even with the sauce we ask for. Limited sauces and when customers ask for the ones WE want sje rolled her eyes. She really got me sooo mad.

A young woman employee who was making veggie sandwhich had a problem with spreading vegetables all over the sandwhich. Every time I asked her to put vegetables at end of sandwhich she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. She wouldn’t put chipotle mayo to end of sandwhich and when I asked her to she said, “I can’t put mayo at end of sandwhich. And she had more attitude. When it was time to ring me up the Rude guy said he was the manager, and tried to charge me 3 extra dollar for veggie Patties but there was no veggie Pattie’s on sandwhich. When I said something he had an attitude. He started yelling at me while I was with my daughter. He then took sandwhich and threw it on counter! He then argued with me over two tomatoes and then said you can get out! Super unprofessional! Worst horrendous experience at a subway I have ever experienced in my life!
