Subway

Great service!

I had a pregnancy craving for Subway and to my surprise, most of them close at 9pm. So glad I made it to this one before 10! The woman who helped me was very nice, despite me probably interrupting her closing duties. She made me a great sandwich. I wish I asked for her name, but please give the closer on 10/19 a huge shout out!

This subway is amazing, this employee David N is so nice and dose a great job and Sjan makes the prettiest sandwich ever🙂 recommend this subway there sandwiches are really good compared to Stateline Walmart subway

Absolutely the best experience ive had at a subway ever The workers here are super fun, to the point i wish i was a better writer so that i would be able to do it justice 10/10 would recommend

There is an excellent worker at this location and I strongly believe he needs a promotion. His name is Mason and he is the best at what he does there. He has the most amazing customer service I have ever seen, not only did he give us a discount, but he gave us a couple extra cookies because my best friend was taking me back home after my visit. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure we had a good rest of our night.

Sandwich was not heated like ordered out of most vegetables total waste of money will not go back. Raised the wages and service went down. This has happened at most restaurants

Subway please teach customer service and values both hired school kids. Me and one other guy both weee ignored by those kids and taking another white peoples. V felt racist.

I go there at night, and I think it makes a difference who is working there. Currently, the guys at the Pilot Subway night shift are great. They promptly take the order and make the sandwiches, they are friendly and respectful. Currently, best subway in Post Falls.

If you are on the diet, go there. They serve thinnest subway sandwich I have ever seen. Foot long was not enough for me when usually half is more than enough.

the service was amazing a kid named mason is very nice and he is really reasptful this is a very kind and clean place

Was in at 5pm on 11/10/22. Closed. Had to go to McDonald's next door. I feel like if you are located in a truck stop you should be aware most drivers don't keep bankers hours.

Been ordering "to go" sandwiches often but when I called today I was told they don't do to go orders only door dash. I let them know I've been doing to go from them all the time, they then said they where too busy. Very odd to take to go orders and then suddenly not but still do door dash. I could just door dash and they'd have to make the sandwiche anyways but it's way more expensive. Just a very confusing outcome that shouldn't happen unfortunately. Will update if decide to go back.

Well unfortunately they had to close early due to a shortage of staff. Kind of a bummer.

Showed up 10.30am no one around. Asked the pilot employees they said they didn't know because it depends on if anyone decides to show up to work. Disappointing because I ordered food the day before and they where friendly and food was good.
