Bethany is very friendly and helpful with the customers.

Crystal was exceptional. Every time I go to this location she always has a smile on her face. She is super friendly. She has great customer service skills. I actually make my way to come to this location because of her she deserves more than five stars!! Thank you Crystal for being so wonderful and making our subs perfect every time!! Kiddos to you!

I went to order subway at the one on kings highway in Walmart. I tried to order my food and guess I was not speaking loud enough to Cathy /Cassandra’s liking and she was extremely rude. I did not get any food and had to walk away. If I go back and she is there I will never order food or have her make it. I am terribly disappointed because I order from here all the time. Todays date that I was there is 5/17/2023.

I order the same thing everytime. A rotisserie chicken wrap with no sauce. It's saved on my app. The associate hand delivered it to me as I cofirmed my name AND the sandwich (rotisserie chicken wrap for Angelo). I received a turkey wrap with ranch. Not only is the order blatantly wrong, but she looked at me as I confirmed the order knowing it's not a rotisserie chicken wrap. She was the only one there so I know she made it. Did she not think I would know?

Subway has a senior discount. The discount is 10 percent with Aarp card. There was a nice gentleman at the counter who wasn't familiar with the discount. He went in back and asked I believe the manager. Likewise, she was not familiar Subway s Senior discount program. The gentleman came back out and apologized. He was very customer friendly . Someone should advise this store of the Senior discount. Seniors I would choose a different store that honors the Senior discount.

Terisa was PHENOMENAL she was super informative and way helpful, and was super patient and so so sooo nice when I was having trouble deciding, she even explained the new menu and was very fast and very caring and detailed about every single part of our order. If I could give 20 stars I would, please keep that gem of a woman!
