Very friendly assistant manager.
Always clean with very polite service
Very rude employees. I walked in with my two boys and there were no other customers. The girl asked how many sandwiches we needed and I told her 3 for now but I could possibly need another. I was waiting on a text from my boyfriend to see if he wanted one. Once again, no line of customers waiting. She asked me very rudely two other times before she even finished putting the meat on the other sandwiches. I understand wanting to know but I couldn’t give her a solid answer yet. I said “he’s at work, I’m waiting on a response. I don’t know yet”. She finished preparing one sandwich and then started on the next. The few tomatoes, maybe 5 slices, that were left in the one container were soaked and soggy, looked disgusting. I asked if she could please get some out of the other container but she put those on my sandwich anyway. She said she has to finish that tub before she can open the next one. I told her I didn’t want them so she took them off and threw them away. I asked again, she responded the same. Yes, I had an attitude at this point because the whole experience from when we walked in the door set a bad tone. I asked if it’s really that serious and complicated. I told her I’ve been going to subway for years and they have never done something like that. Very rarely have I ever had to ask someone to do that. Usually the employees can tell when the last few veggies need to be tossed. She said times have changed. I agree wholeheartedly. Quality of service has gone downhill in a very drastic way especially in Louisiana. Customer service is part of what you’re getting paid for. So anyway, I told my boys to come on and we left. She let 3 sandwiches go to waste because she couldn’t give me good tomatoes. It couldn’t have been about waste and “limits” because she dumped two huge handfuls of olives on the first sandwich which was uncalled for but I didn’t complain. They could be picked off if it was too many. If I’m paying $12 for a subway sandwich, I want it to at least be good. I’m not going in there begging because I’m starving to death without other options. I like the sandwiches if they’re made correctly with the quality of food that Subway advertises and USUALLY serves.
Sandwich maker answered phone with gloves on her hand and did not change them and then got huffy when I asked her to
23JAN2024, 6pm-ish: The two Ladies that were in there at this time were amazing. They both have a tremendous, positive energy; that's plainly obvious...and very much influences the 'finished product'. They are FAST, efficient, and the sandwich artist in particular; made the best sub I've ever eaten... This really was a great experience. There's just something about the atmosphere, that they create; that makes you notice... It was a good idea to go to that location...
This is a good Subway. The staff are efficient. The cost was higher than I expected
I got good service. The tomatoes looked a bit funky, atmosphere was typical. Nothing special. My husband liked his sandwich. I made my own at home.
