Food was not good and the girl that was making our sandwiches was HATEFUL, LAZY, RUDE!!! She toasted them until they were almost burned and We could barely bite into it. I also ordered the footlong pretzel it was so hard and tough we could barely eat it hardly any salt and if it's like the picture and Cheese is supposed to come with it We didn't get any. We WILL NOT RETURN to this one!

My husband tried to order the buy 1 get one 1/2 price on the app and it wouldn't let him, he went to the store and Ask to speak to the manager which he was told that weren't there and couldn't do anything about the app anyway so therfore we spent 25.00 for 2 footloose. No chips no drink s and they didn't seem to care.

This place needs to learn how to cut their bread better. I don’t even work here and I know how to cut bread better than what they served me today.

My visit on the 24th of August was awful! Food was wrong so I went back to have it remade… acted like my sandwich was too hard to make and didn’t believe my other was wrong even with it.

Love the new menu. Food was great. Service was wonderful!!!!!
