Nay from this store was absolutely amazing, he treats everyone who comes through the door with the absolute utmost respect, all food is made cleanly and his customer service is the best I've ever seen anywhere let alone a fast food restaurant.
Have been to this Subway a few times. The service and food is normally fine. However, today, at around 12 pm, an employee with dark hair - tied back - spoke to a delivery driver like he was unworthy of being spoken to with respect. This employee was incredibly rude - demanding he select crisps from the self then reprimanded him when he selected the wrong one. She then snapped, "You need to start your journey now. Go on. You need to start your journey now". All this in front of customers (including myself). I was disgusted by the condescending tone of this employee. She's in the wrong job. Other than that, another employee was polite and professional, apologising for my wait time.
