Worst sub ever every thing inside was cold not at all toasted tikki was frozen I don't know what sandwich artist was upto I left hungry

Was there Saturday night the guy working was all alone on the day when it was one foot long free if you buy one. I placed an order and had 4-5 guys before me. But the guy working was fast enough(forgot his name) and accommodating. Not only that the way he did my subs perfectly even after having everything you don’t see it often.

I want share my experience there is rude lady she don’t know how to talk and serve to customers, I ask her to grill my sandwich, she is like it’s hard to do, I can’t then I request again because I like with grilled so she said there is no difference in grilled or simple bread she refused with rudeness, are serious guys you can not tell customers what they want or not you have to serve us how we want. I demand just what they have in menu, grill option available all over in Canada Even in website aswell. She can’t speak and understand English in between my order when she don’t understand she start talking in her back home language, how I understand that? We spent our time and money here so please understand you are there for serve coustomers if you guys don’t know how to grill please talk with head office because other stores do grill , they will teach you

Hair in sub noticed no employees were wearing hair nets!

Everything was good except the price..$18 for a foot long meatball sub is ridiculous

It is not for the first time i have ordered from this place … they don’t put enough salad in the sandwich no matter even if you request for more in you order … the sandwich always comes with less stuff then you have asked for

I’ve been there a couple times, both times being terrible experiences. This last time was the worst when both employees had attitudes while serving and would hardly put any of the ingredients I asked for so I had to ask for more and she would proceed to say you already have too much. As my friend was paying for hers the guy touched money then touched her sandwich without switching gloves. They are very rude towards their customers and ignore their customers orders despite them paying full price for it anyway. I will not be going back to that place unless there are different employees.
