Subway

Their staff don't know how to behave with customers, I visited few times and every time their rude behavior is constant. Get some customer service class and join subway again!!!

Good Morning, i'm writing to you to let you know i had a bad experiment at the portage subway store in Niagara falls Ontario as the sandwich maker actually said she was in a hurry and my sub was not as i wished it to be, I was inside the store and i felt very rushed into getting my sub toppings and as i was telling her which ones i wanted she did not put them in order and missed a topping, When i go into subway i like to get my sub the way i ordered it that's the whole thing about subway..I was there at 11.10am Thursday September 28, 2023 and i can say i left there a very unhappy customer. Very bad experience… i have called for job vacancy. The lady was so rude to me. If someone has no vacancy then they should say politely but she said rudely that I don’t have any time to talk with you and hang up . What’s that behaviour.I have also 2 years experience of subway but we never did that with anyone. Hope you will understand !!!

Ordered 2 coldcut subs through doordash, and received 2 subs with olives which we did not order... olives leave a very distinctive taste behind, and neither of us ever get olives on our subs because of this. Very not pleased by this experience... someone was obviously not looking at the order when they made these subs.

I always appreciate the patience of a sandwich artist! Thanks Again!
