Rude staff members, told what i wanted to order and a staff member complained about how they wasnt at the salad. The staff member serving me asked if we wanted anymore sandwiches which we didnt want but we wanted cheese melts, at the till we asked for them and the staff complained about how we didnt say when they asked us if we wanted anymore sandwiches, cheese melts aren’t sandwiches and they proceeded to tell us the staff asked if we wanted anything else. Food was cold and horrible

A man in a dress served us, myself and down syndrome client! The shop was empty and not knowing the ropes as have never been in a subway, the server was rolling his eyes and being incredibly sarcastic! This carried on throughout the entire process! Eventually i had enough of listening to him/ her belittling me and my client so politely asked him to cut out the sarcasm! Then the other bloke started being really, really rude! And quite frankly obnoxious. I have only asked the bloke to stop the constant sarcasm. Absolutely horrified at the treatment we received in an empty shop, however i can see why its empty!

Nasty rude and hostile to people with disabilities. No wonder the place is empty.

best sub around, very friendly staff who proper fill the subs with your choice. ingrediants always fresh and bread crusty and soft inside. The manger himself is great. Its not the prettyist shop in the world but thats the design. But its always spotlessly clean and wel presented. I noticed during last summer they handed out cups to children who needed a drink while it was hot and allowed them to fill them with free ice and water. Its a very peronable thing to do and it impressed me greatly. Take my advice and ask them to surprise you and they will make you the most amazing sandwich of their own personal invention. I also love the salads they do, fresh and will fill you up and you choose your own contents.
